Bio:
Scott Salter is the Sr. Director of Enterprise Data and Shared Services at AutoTrader.
In 2011, Scott moved into the role of Sr. Director of Enterprise Data and Shared Services (EDSS). EDSS has enterprise responsibility for Enterprise Data Architecture, Master Data Management (MDM), Data governance, Data operations, and Data and integration services.
Scott has held various other corporate and consulting roles in business and technology management (e.g., Accenture and BellSouth). These roles have included P&L management, operations planning, large-scale technology implementations, and program management across several industries including financial services, telecommunications, and DoD. Scott started at ATC in 2006 as a Director in Product Management responsible for Data Products. Over the past 5 years at ATC Scott has been in various roles in both Product Management and Business Intelligence. Scott has both a BS and MS degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Scott has been married for 12 years to his wife Christina and they have 3 children: Ethan 10, Grant 7, and Bridget 3.
